We do offer a selection of vegetarian alternatives to please your palate and Sustainable locally caught seafood.

 

Although, as in most authentic Mexican food the heart of most of our dishes are our Meats. 

 

Special attention is placed on them.

 

The U.S. “Choice” inside beef rounds, are marinated with love for 24 hours with chilies, then Mesquite “hot” smoked and braised in the oven for 4 hours.

 

The pork loin is prepared the same way except with a traditional Yucatecan Annatto Seed (Achiote) marinade. The whole chicken is gently poached in a natural stock, Shredded and quickly seared on a hot grill.
